Option to connect to device instead other way round

I’ve been trying to find the IRK of my smartwatch, a Nothing Watch Pro 2. So far no luck. At some point Google came up with ESPresense, but it looks like ESPresense needs to be connected to, which my smartwatch cannot do.

Is there anyway ESPresense can initiate the connection so that the IRK can be obtained?
